Lebenslauf
Dr. Nikolaus Seitz ist akademischer Rat und Habilitand am Lehrstuhl für Unternehmensführung und Organisation von Prof. Dr. Erik E. Lehmann. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen in den Bereichen Innovation, Strategic Entrepreneurship und Technologietransfer. Seine Forschungsartikel sind in renommierten Fachzeitschriften und Tagungsbändern veröffentlicht. Als Gutachter ist er für eine Vielzahl von internationalen Fachzeitschriften tätig.
Vom WiSe 2019 bis SoSe 2022 war Herr Dr. Seitz als Vertretungsprofessor für Internationales Management an der LMU Munich School of Management der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Herr Dr. Seitz ist Research Fellow am Indiana University Institute for Development Strategies und hält verschiedene Lehraufträge, u. a. an der EMLYON Business School und Hochschule München.
Dr. Nikolaus Seitz ist zudem Co-Geschäftsführer des Augsburg Centers for Entrepreneurship (ACE) und mitverantwortlich für die
Konzeption und Formulierung des erfolgreichen EXIST-geförderten Antrags "Potentiale heben in Augsburg", aus dem das Start Hub hervorgegangen ist. Er ist ausgebildeter Coach und Innovationstrainer und engagiert sich als Startup-Mentor in verschiedenen Accelerator-Programmen, bspw. dem Femalie Accelerator GRACE.
Im Jahr 2022 wurde Herr Dr. Seitz mit dem Wissenschaftspreis der Kurt und Felicitas Viermetz Stiftung für herausragende Leistungen an der Wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fakultät der Universität Augsburg ausgezeichnet.
