The Department of Human Geography of the University of Augsburg accompanies Biberbach as part of a model project in the analysis of the supply and demand for health promotion on site. In order to promote the health and quality of life at Biberbach, a household survey, expert workshops and other participation formats are being carried out within the framework of the project. The project runs from July 2018 to June 2021 and is supported by the AOK Bayern as "Healthy Commune".
