We always offer exciting topics for student theses. The following are the general subject areas in which an individual topic can be defined (be it for Bachelor's or Master's theses or for practical, research, or project modules).

You can choose topics from the following areas:

• Provision and implementation of medical infrastructure
• Evaluation of biological and medical high-throughput data
• Machine learning from biological/medical data
• Medical Image Processing
• Biological/medical data integration

Theses

You are also welcome to contribute your own ideas and approaches.

Note: In most cases, the topics can be further adapted together with the supervisor. Ideas of your own can be included. Your free topic proposals are discussed openly.
