At this year's European Bioconductor Conference (EuroBioC2024) in Oxford, Dr. Florian Auer from our chair MISIT at the University of Augsburg presented his poster titled "Enhancing Reproducibility: A Comprehensive Workflow for Integrating and Visualizing Biological Networks".

Together with co-authors Hryhorii Chereda, Júlia Perera-Bel, and Frank Kramer, he introduced a workflow designed to improve reproducibility in biological network analysis.

The Bioconductor packages ndexr and RCX enable seamless integration and interactive analysis of networks, making them more accessible to non-technical collaborators. Additionally, the web-based tools NDExEdit and VisAVis offer interactive exploration and visualization of biological networks, allowing for the comparison of patient-specific subnetworks and the application of data-driven visual styles.
