In early April, Filip had the opportunity to present our paper “To Cap or Not to Cap” at the 16th ACM Multimedia Systems Conference in Stellenbosch, South Africa!
We investigated how bandwidth caps affect short video platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts - and how they can help use network resources more efficiently without degrading the Quality of Experience.
