(...) The lecture by Professor Dr. Thomas M.J. Möllers on "Open-ended real estate funds - critical appraisal of the KAGB" was the keynote of the event. In terms of content, he presented the legal framework for open-ended real estate funds following new regulation by the KAGB. In particular, he addressed the underlying European directives and their implementation in national law.
