The book provides support for effective learning (§ 1) and for the exam (§ 2). All legal work requires knowledge of legal argumentation (§ 3) and a confident legal style (§ 4). Academic work requires an experienced handling of legal research possibilities, i.e. working in the library and with the internet (§ 5) as well as mastery of the relevant citation rules (§ 6).
