(...) The Deutsche Bundesbank's "Money and Currency" Foundation currently has assets of around 80 million euros and supports numerous endowed professorships, research training groups and conferences with between 1 and 2 million euros annually.

The Board of Trustees is made up of members of the Bundesbank's Executive Board, top officials from the Federal Ministry of Finance and university professors from the fields of law and economics. Professor Möllers has held the office of Chairman of the Foundation Board since 1 July 2015.
