By Car:

Augsburg can be reached either from the south (Landsberg, Expressway A96) or from the north (Donauwörth, Expressway A8) via the B17.

Leave the B17 at the exit Messezentrum/Neue Uni. At the first traffic light turn right (just after the pedestrian bridge to the convention centre crosses the street). Now you are already on the Universitätsstraße. This street is forming a half circle around the University. Behind the physics auditorium centre (building T, on the right side) use the first possibility to turn right. Now you reach the physics parking ground (P9).

Our building is the one closer to the auditorium (building R). Enter the building via the north entry. Our chair is located in the ground floor: when you are in the building, enter the second door on the left side and follow the corridor straight to its end.
 

By Tram:

This way is the best for people who are using Park & Ride or reached Augsburg via railway.

Take the tramway number 3 and leave the tramway at the stop "Universität". Turn until you face the cafeteria building (building M, there is a ticket machine in front of this building) and take the way on the left side passing the green informatics building (N). Across the street, you reach the first of the two physics buildings.

Enter the building R using the first entry. Our chair is located at the ground floor: Enter the first door on the right hand side and follow the corridor straight to its end.
