Political education as part of the education elective for primary school/middle school teaching degrees
As part of the educational science degree programs for primary school teachers and teachers for secondary schools (with or without social studies as a teaching or didactic subject), the professorship for political education and didactics of social studies in the elective area “social studies” offers numerous courses in the subfield modules “politics / political education in social studies”.
In particular, the courses “Medien and Methoden Seminar VHB, Grundlagen politischen Lernens und Lehrens” are designed for the EWS elective area and can be easily integrated into the timetable. Further information can be found in the recommended course of study below.
