CURRICULUM/VITAE

Ramona Reinelt studied business psychology with a focus on market and advertising psychology at the University of Applied Management in Munich. In November 2019, Ms. Reinelt completed her master's degree with honors. During her studies, she gained practical experience as a working student in well-known companies in the automotive, aerospace and media industries. Her research interests during and subsequently after her studies focus on the areas of motivation and performance enhancement, with the help of digital learning methods, gamification and virtual reality. Since July 2020, Ms. Reinelt is a research assistant at the Professorship for Business & Information Systems Engineering – Management Support.

RESEARCH FOCI

In the context of her research activities, Ms. Reinelt focuses on the areas of motivation and performance enhancement, with the help of digital learning methods, gamification and virtual reality.
