Duration of storage of personal data: The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. By the end of the application process, but no later than 12. 31. 2025, all data of applicants who have not received funding will be deleted, except for a waiting list of approximately 10 people who will be considered in the event that a funded PhD student discontinues their project during the funding period. The data of all the funded applicants will be deleted 5 years after the end of the funding period at the latest. 6. IX]). - You shall have the right to information about your processed personal data. - You shall have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. - You can request the deletion or restriction of the processing or file an objection to the processing. - You have the option of using a right to data portability. - Furthermore, there is a right of complain to the Bavarian Data Protection Officer. 7. Revocation of consent: You can withdraw your consent at any time for the future. This does not affect the legality of the data processed until revocation.
