International lecture series on teacher education

In the summer semester of 2025, the cross-university international online lecture series for student teachers is entering a new round - and for the first time, our A.LEAP project at the University of Augsburg is taking part as an official co-organiser!

Together with the four other Bavarian project locations, the FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg, the University of Bamberg, the University of Würzburg and the University of Passau, A.LEAP is organising this cross-university lecture series as part of the ‘Lehramt.International’ programme of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).

The lecture series is dedicated to current issues of global challenges in teacher training. Each semester has a new thematic focus, illuminated by contributions from international speakers.

We are delighted to be able to make this new international impetus accessible to our students in Augsburg - a further step towards more international teacher training on site.
