All offices are open for in person visits during the following times:
Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm.
For telephone enquiries, we can be reached from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm via the Student Hotline: (0821) 598 - 1111.
Examinations are a component of any study programme. All examinations must be administered by the university. The Examinations Office is the student contact for all questions relating to examinations, theses, and certificates.

The Examination registration period for modularised degree programmes is as follows:
Registration period for regular examinations:
Winter semester 2025/26:
08 December to 18 December 2025 (starts and ends at 12:00 pm)

Enrolment data for the winter semester 2025/26 will be transferred from the Registrar’s Office to the Examinations Office probably at the end of November.
For this reason, changes to data are not yet visible in Studis. In particular, registration of first-semester students is not yet possible in the Studis system.
