Please ensure that you get the remaining credit on your the CCA paid out by Studierendenwerk before de-registering and returning the card. Amounts of up to €50.00 can be redeemed via the credit loading machines. Amounts of over €50.00 can be redeemed at the Studierendenwerk InfoPoint at the Mensa at the University of Augsburg. The reimbursement of funds of over €5.00 will only be paid out in exceptional cases if applied for in writing together when de-registering and returning the card.
