Please use a current photo of yourself, in which you are recognisable. The picture must show the front of your face. This photo will be used on your official student ID card, so please choose an appropriate picture. It does not have to be a biometrical passport picture.

Please scan both sides of your EU identity card or the relevant pages of your passport. Your passport or EU identity card should be valid for the entirety of your exchange in Augsburg.

Please provide your Transcript of Records in English (or German) from your studies at your home university.

It must be an official document, validated by your home university (stamp & signature or digital verification possibility). A Grading scale must be included.
 

If you are a master level student, please include both your transcript from your bachelor studies (or your full bachelor degree certificate) and your transcript from your current master studies in the upload.

Depending on the courses that you wish to take at the University of Augsburg, you must provide the following evidence of your language level:

• Courses taught in German: German proficiency of minimum level B2
• Courses taught in English: English proficiency of minimum level B2

If you wish to take courses in both languages, please submit certificates for both languages.

The certficates must not be older than 2 years!

As part of your exchange application you can apply for a place in one of the dormitories of the Studierendenwerk Augsburg.

Please read our website on dormitories and have a look at the different options.

To apply for the dormitory you will need to download the "Studierendenwerk's Conditions for Dormitory Application form" in your Mobility-Online workflow.  Please download the form, read the conditions carefully, then sign it andupload it to your workflow.

We can only consider your application for a dormitory, if you agree to the conditions by signing the document.
