European Cultural History (Two Subject Bachelor) (B.A.)

Study content:

This degree programme is aimed at students who want to engage with the history of Europe in an interdisciplinary, multilingual way and with a strong reference to foreign countries. To this end, it teaches important historical methods that are combined with approaches from literary studies. Knowledge of two modern European foreign languages as well as Latin, which can also be acquired during the programme, is required. By choosing a minor subject, students can optimally align their study profile with their own interests. The programme also includes a compulsory semester abroad as part of the Erasmus+ exchange programme.
