German Language and Literature (Two Subject Bachelor) (B.A.)

Study content:

In the Bachelor's degree programme in German Studies, students are introduced to the subject-specific fundamentals of the three sub-fields of Modern German Literary Studies, German Linguistics and German Language and Literature of the Middle Ages over six semesters. An individual focus is possible as well as the combination of the Bachelor's programme with a teacher training programme. The University of Augsburg offers you the opportunity to study German Studies as a major subject, as a minor subject or as an elective area of your Bachelor's degree. International experience can be gained within the framework of a one or two-semester study abroad programme.
