Ingredients for 4 smoothies:
2 apples
1 pomegranate
350ml orange juice (freshly squeezed)
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 pinch of bourbon vanilla
2 tblsp. yacon syrup (alternatively maple syrup or agave syrup can be used)
Preparation
- Chop up the apples, and put them in the blender together with the seeds of the pomegranate. Some pomegranate seeds can be set aside for decoration.
- Add orange juice, cinnamon powder, vanilla and syrup as well and blend the smoothie until it is creamy. After tasting the smoothie, you can add more of these ingredients if you like.
- Fill the smoothie into glasses, sprinkle it with pomegranate seeds, and enjoy it with your family or friends.
