The JFZ supports its members by helping to prepare applications for third party funding and providing support for administrative issues.

The JFZ staff can offer the following services:

• Counseling and advice with regards to funding institutions and programs, funding applications and formal guidelines

• Research support, such as creating a research panorama for select topics, identifying potential collaborators on a project at other academic institutions, identifying funding opportunities for select research projects

• Administrative support, such as establishing links to potential partners for a project in Germany and abroad, supporting the work of project teams, handling administrative processes, calculating costs for projects, conferences, trips, publications, etc.
